Emine’s background in travel and tourism is evident in her vision for Selminas, but what shines through most is her genuine passion for crafting incredible food that people can savour. For her, the true joy in her work lies in the pleasure it brings to her patrons. She attributes the secret to her success to her unwavering passion for food, combined with a blend of carefully chosen ingredients and spices.
