West London is set to welcome a vibrant new culinary addition as China Bistro, the internationally acclaimed restaurant specialising in Tangra-style Pan-Asian cuisine, prepares to open its doors in Ealing Broadway next month. This launch marks the brand’s first foray into Europe and signifies the beginning of a broader UK expansion.
With 18 successful locations across India and the UAE, China Bistro is renowned for its Tangra cuisine – a distinctive fusion of Kolkata’s Hakka Chinese culinary traditions and the bold, spice-infused flavours of India. The new Ealing location will feature standout dishes like Chicken Basil Dumplings, Eight Treasure Soup, Mao’s Favourite Chicken, and Wok-Tossed Hakka Noodles, alongside live robata grills, dim sum counters, and an open kitchen layout designed to immerse diners in the art of wok cooking.
The 90-cover restaurant will pair its culinary offerings with interiors inspired by ancient Chinese warriors, blending timeless aesthetics with modern sophistication. The drinks menu will include Asian-inspired cocktails – such as The Great Wall and Wild China – paired with jasmine teas and a curated selection of wines tailored to complement its spice-driven cuisine.
Founded in 2003 by Sanjay Vazirani, China Bistro has grown to become a global brand with operations spanning luxury catering, banqueting services, and venue partnerships across 30 countries. Moving into London represents a significant milestone for the restaurant chain.
